Gratitude Self-Talk Pep Talk — Guided Affirmations with Harp Music to Cultivate a Thankful Heart

HOW ARE YOU SOOOOO HAPPY, SOPHIA?

I’m not always happy. But when I am, the answer is simple:

I practiced gratitude that day.

How does one practice gratitude? You just think of things you are grateful for now and find joy in the now. Stop reaching. Start breathing. Here. Now.

It’s not always easy to choose gratitude when life gets testy, but starting off the day and ending the day with gratitude makes everything flow better. Give it a try with my podcast!

I knew you could use a quick reminder to be thankful, so I created this self-talk pep talk about gratitude just for you.

Let’s cultivate grateful hearts by repeating these gratitude mantras together. I will play my harp music so you can relax, focusing on the words, the music, and your breath.

Feel free to download and save this recording

so that anytime you feel even slightly out of alignment,

maybe feeling a little less than confident

or excited about being you…

you can snap out of it

by spending a little moment with me

to pause and remember how incredible this life actually is.

Depending on where you are,

repeat these affirming thoughts

verbally, repeating them in a mirror, preferably

as you gaze into your beautiful eyes (if possible),

or quietly repeat these affirmations in your heart.

Gratitude Mantras:

I cannot earn what God gives to me freely

I am enough

I am worthy

I am grateful

I express gratitude because

I cannot earn what God gives to me freely

I have blessings

I have favor

I have enough

I have more than enough

I am worthy of

peace

success

forgiveness

abundance

joy

freedom

unconditional love

I am thankful for

peace

success

forgiveness

abundance

joy

freedom

unconditional love

I love all that I have

I have all that I need

I love all that I have

I have all that I need

I love all that I have

I have all that I need

I cannot earn what God gives to me freely

I am enough

I am worthy

I am grateful

I express gratitude because

I cannot earn what God gives to me freely

I have blessings

I have favor

I have enough

I have more than enough

I am worthy of

peace

success

forgiveness

abundance

joy

freedom

unconditional love

I am thankful for
peace

success

forgiveness

abundance

joy

freedom

unconditional love

I love all that I have

I have all that I need

I love all that I have

I have all that I need

I love all that I have

I have all that I need

I feel the warmth of God’s peace in my heart

as I express gratitude with a heart of thanksgiving

I am in alignment with my best self

the self that is grateful for all that is

All that is, is good for me

All that is, has unfolded for me

All that is, is okay

I am grateful for all that is

for all that has been

for all that will be

But mostly,

I am grateful for right now

Thank you

Thank you

Thank you, God

Thank you

Thank you

Thank you, God
